Powai is a well-known suburb connecting western Mumbai to eastern Mumbai. It is a place which, in the past, had lush green village surrounded by magnificent hills and water bodies. Even now, Powai is one of the most visited places by all people including Mumbaikars for nature lovers and for those seeking solitude among all age groups. It has varied landscapes ranging from adventure games to mesmerizing gardens. Powai is also famous for IIT which in itself is an exhibition of greenery around.

Personally speaking, when I shifted in a rental flat in Powai because of close proximity to my office, I made a wise decision. I was overwhelmed to find a rental house in Powai on a budget..  a place I could call home.  There were many interesting places to explore in and around Powai which we roommates kept exploring all through our weekends with friends, colleagues and family.

This park may also be known between lovers and young couples for it is romantic scene around. It is a must visit place for people who need a change from the busy and fast running environment. This is a place which makes us believe as if we are in the woods. Especially this is a place for the good climate with all the trees and bushes all along the park. The scenery is at its best just after the monsoon with its greeneries and the fresh smell of the earth taking us to a new world of nature. This park makes one speechless with its dense forest like atmosphere among one of the busiest suburbs. A good place to exercise.
